We are excited to introduce two new herd members to our community!
Meet Beanie and Ruby!
Many of you who come to visit our facility have likely already met these two lovely ladies, but they have recently graduated from their probationary period and are officially members of our therapeutic team!
Ruby is a 15.2hh 20-year-old Morgan Quarter Horse mare. As a true black coloured mare, Ruby is our resident Black Beauty horse. She is beautiful, inside and out. Ruby is super kind and sweet as can be, with a wonderful easy-going personality.
Beanie is an 11-year-old dark bay Appendix (Quarter Horse X Thoroughbred) Saddlebred mare. In her previous career, Beanie was a three-day eventer and competed up to Pre-Training level. She is very sweet, but still has a big personality which has made her a great teacher for our independent riders.
We are very excited to watch these two horses form partnerships with their riders as they continue on their journey as therapy horses!
