Welcome to the new PRDA Website!

PRDA is a local not-for-profit therapeutic equestrian facility set against the stunning backdrop of Campbell Valley Regional Park in Langley, BC. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals with varying abilities through excellence in individualized, and adaptive equestrian-facilitated therapy. Currently home to 15 therapy horses and ponies, therapeutic services are all that we do!

PRDA Celebrates 50th Anniversary in 2023!

Established in 1973, PRDA has been a mainstay of the community for 50 years. That’s right, 2023 is PRDA’s 50th anniversary! We are so proud to have been able to contribute to the therapeutic journeys of thousands of riders over the years, and are so grateful that we get to continue our life-changing work for many years to come.

With this incredible milestone upon us, we have been thinking up some exciting ways to celebrate!

This new website is our way to kick off PRDA 50th Anniversary celebrations. We wanted to present a fresh, new, user-friendly platform that will be the springboard for our future festivities.

Next up is an exciting capital campaign, but you’re going to have to stay tuned for details on that one. It’s a surprise!

We are also launching our brand new Equine Assisted Clinical Counselling program in March.

PRDA’s 2023 calender is full of events for the first time since the onset of the pandemic, including our widely requested Barn Dance fundraiser and a new event specially organized for our 50th anniversary. Check out our Events page to see the full list of events and fundraisers.
